The SCS connector is a small blue plastic 2-wire electrical plug that's got nothing plugged into it. I'm not sure but I think it's buried somewhere behind the ashtray in your car?? I hope someone who actually owns a '94 can help you out.

Bend a paperclip to connect the 2 wires together to each other. Put in that paperclip/jumper & turn on the ignition (don't need to start the engine). Then watch the warning lights flash...
