I had the exact same problem. I tried drilling out the bolts for hours and I gave up. I just got the omnipower lca's I love them. But of course I wasn't prepared for the bolts to break, and at the time omnipower and every vendor was out of the lca's for the eg civics, then the honda dealership didn't have the LCA bolts. Took me a month just to do my rear suspension.
