Meh, the correct torque is wrenching on it untill it's impossible to tighten and you start making this face trying to tighten it .



















Unless, it's something in the engine.

Fortunately, my friend works at an Acura dealership and they can get the same bolts. I paid that for the first 3, but he can get the last 2 I need for half that.
