I got Sirius and it's great. I haven't turned on the CD or tuner since I got it. I paid one year, so I got one month free. After I got it, two weeks later we had it installed in my gf's car. Since I added her to my plan, her's was 50% off and I paid her's one year in advance. Although beware about paying the lifetime version for $400. It's only lifetime for that serial numbered tuner. So if that tuner goes out, the lifetime subscription goes with it.
