First, my check engine light came on. Then I failed emssions because of it. I took it to the mechanic and he said the OBD code PO122 came up...something wrong with the throttle body. He also said that the throttle body cannot be worked on and needs to be completely relplaced. I was quoted something like $1400 for the fix. He said the part alone was $1100. I called Honda and they said the part was $896 and I saw one online for $300. (Edelbrock Part #3811 )

Does this sound right? Has anyone else had any trouble with their Civic idling?
