Amd you act as though if he actually read the bill he couldn't have seen past the filler and realized it really isn't as good a bill as it appears on the surface and would have vetoed it until the corrections had been made.
He does have executive power and even though it isn't used very often there are times when it should be called into play for the better of the people and not just for the better of corporations.
John if he would have vetoed it I would bet you would be bitching as well. Saying that he does nothing for the enviornment and that he wouldn't even sign this energy bill which would have atleast been a step in the right direction.
