Well, naturally you can look into a more adequate fuel system.
Get rid of your crappy deltagate wastegate (if that's what you have) and get a tial to help keep your boost levels proper...

Now for fuel. 440 RC Injectors. New Intank Fuel Pump or INline, your choice. Hondata ECU. Tuning.

That's what I'd do. You should be able to run 7-10psi very reliably with a properly tuned hondata + rc 440 injector setup.
If you want to get super stupid you can look at getting some internals and a dif head gasket, etc. etc.

But I think hondata + fuel pump + injectors + dyno time will be MORE than adequate for 7-10psi.
