hello everyone i am new to the site and to honda cars for that matter. i am planning on building a turbo d16 motor in my 95 civic ex. i was just wondering what turbo will start spooling at 2500-3000rpm and have full boost by 3500-4000rpm. I plan on running stock interals for a while with 6-8 psi and lowering compression with thick head gasket. let me know what the best set up would be for this kind of power.
