I just called Exel yesterday. In order to have the wheel replaced I would have to have the original buyer fill out all the paperwork and start up the process. The original buyer was the guy I bought the car from, but I don't really want to bother him about all this. I'd still have to pay for shipping which is like $40 for something that big and heavy. It just seems like too much of a hassle to me. I'm just going to put them on eBay, fully explain everything about them, and hope I still get a decent price for them. They were driven on for 6 months without a problem, so I don't think they're too bad. I would use them if I didn't want to money for them.
