I read somewhere I can get away with not fixing it for the moment if i "double clutch" correctly. But that's not my intention in case i can get it done for reasonably cheaper somewhere. Any idea how to get it fixed for cheap?

I took a quote from AAMCO - they told me its going to cost me anywhere from 2.5K to 3K+ depending whether the tranny needs rebuilt or replaced! Any suggestions, thoughts, comments... ??
