My mother has a 96 Accord LX (automatic trans) and the dealer can't seem to figure out what's wrong. Car has 93,000 miles on it and has been well maintained.

After driving a bit and then turning off the car for 30 min or so, and then starting it again it hesitates/loses power for about 3 blocks, then runs fine.

The dealer relplaced fuel regulator, teperature probe, cleaned the injectors, replaced ERG valve.
