That still doesn't explain why you would have oil in your coolant and the color of the smoke would have a blue tint to it (which is why I asked).

If the oil is getting from the inlet line into your exhaust then either your turbo seals are shot or there is blockage in the return line that does not allow the oil to flow out so it goes to the weakest point, your seals. This blockage does not have to be something physical, it can be too much pressure in the bottom end (as Tony well knows). Try pulling your PCV valve out and shake it. If it rattles then it's good, if not, replace it because it might be stuck and it's not allowing the pressure in the bottom end to escape.
