I really don't want to say it but you should only have one in a ten. Two in my 30 is a bit much.

Also they'll be much happier with some smaller/fast fish. Serpae tetras look neat and are usually cheap (1.20 a piece). Get about 5 of them. I noticed when my old tetras died (they like to killl eachother it seems) the cichilids weren't very...happy
