I have 10K hids on my 04 accord in the stock housing. I get high beamed about once a week due to the glare. I never been pulled over by cops, dispite driving behind them a couple of times. Go with a retro or JDM Imspire headlights. I am going for a Q45 Retro with S2K in the brights soon. $$$
