Ok, on the diference between the two. A sun roof is solid, non see through. They assume you will only open it for the veiw when its hot and sunny. A moonroof is glass, so you can slide back the cover and view the moon with out needing to open it up. That way you can stay warm in the winter and have the sunroof feel. lol. But seriously now. So if it is glass its a moonroof, sheet metal and fabric its a sun roof. Regardless of where they store that is what they are. And someone said it earlier, if it goes above the roof it just means they didn't have enough room inside the roof to store it.
