i have eibach prokit springs, which were close to 2 inches. if you had it really low before, perhaps your struts are shot. my struts all need to be replaced from being so low on cut springs. my springs are gray/black and say eibach. dunno, sounds like someone mailed out the wrong parts.
Well I emailed the seller and he said he had'em on his 99 Si, so it should fit fine.
