Not really, small 2.0 in s2k runs out of breath after 80. I didn't try topping s2k, but i doubt it would go over 140, however i did 147 in SS, and could have done more.
You can hit 130 in a near stock Integra GSR, and that has far less power and one less gear than an S2000. I'd be amazed if the S couldn't pass 140.
