Camaro/Firebird Production Ceased

With the NSX, the top speed is only 163 or 168. This is due mainly to the drag coefficient of the NSX being (if i remember right) .33 .

The S2000 is capable of 150 MPH. Just not as quickly as a well built small block V8.

It's actually .30 now with the facelift. Top speed rose, but I can't remember if it was 163 to 168 or like 169 to 175

anyways, as ive said before, i think top speed is dumb. i sure dont care about it as long as its over like 120 i guess.

Accelaration on the other hand, you can use at any time you desire and still stay within the laws.
I would take my car to 180 mph if it can the same way I took my car to 140 mph, @ el mirage dry lake bed. I think stability @ high speed is important too. It take alot of power and aerodynamics to get to 200+ and when you take that same equation, it'll make you accelerate much smoother 100+ as well.
What do you mean stay w/ in the law?

If speed limit is so important, than why don't car company make the gear really short so you can get to 65 in 4 second and max out all gear @ about 70? Then aerodynamic will be useless as well.
