I'm with the other guys J-money. You gotta start eating better if you want to lose the gut. Fruits & veggies, salad, lean meats, cut out the fatty stuff, no junk food/fast food, etc. Also, start drinking water and gatorade instead of soda...drink lots of water. As far as exercise, do lots of cardio. Like said above, you need to burn more calories than you take in during the day to lose weight. You can always hit me up on AIM if you need to mang.
