I test drove a TSX and loved the way it handles, and it had plenty of power for my taste. besides you can reflash the ecu and add a couple of boltons to make it quicker. I'm also 230lbs and I'm 6'5 and I was comfortable in the TSX, as for the rear seats...I usually never sit in the back anyway.
my vote is to go for the TSX, it looks sexy and handles really well stock.
