it isn't the starter....it turns over. it just has no spark. The coil isn't sparking, but the hot wire has voltage to it. I tried another coil from another accord, but it wouldn't spark either. the yellow and black wire going to the coil is showing about 12 volts and I am getting ohms from what I would assume to be the ground, which is the blue wire. The coil isn't putting out any spark. Is there something else that can cause the coil not to spark even if there is voltage coming to it.
