Semporn in Socket A form is basically an AMD Athlon XP 'Thoroughbred-B' with either 266MHz FSB/256k L2 ---OR--- 333MHz FSB/512k L2.

There is no Socket A AXP supporting board that does not support the Semporn. It might call it an Athlon XP, or it might call it Unknown CPU.

I've got an Athlon XP Mobile running at 2.4GHz and Windows gleefully reports "Unknown CPU Typ" (yes, it doesn't say "Type" just "Typ")
