Well, yesterday a buddy of mine and I installed the new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel. Total install took about 6.5 hours. We followed the Helms word for word and worked very methodically.
First thoughts:
Clutch feel is much better. It grabs like a mo-fo.
Effort to push the peddle down is twice as much. My calf muscles are going to be huge.

We had no major problems with the install. I had many air tools that assisted me though. One minor problem that we had and some words of wisdom. When you put the transmission back in, make sure all plugs and wires are clear. We pinched the reverse light connector a bit. Now it won't snap on to the bracket. It's cosmetic more than anything. The actual connection was un-damaged.
