with an engine that old it's always a good idea to do a compression and leakdown test to make sure everything is still good. if those numbers are bad you're looking at a possible rebuild. i would stick with the stock cams but adjustable cam gears would be a good idea for fine tuning on they dyno. hondata is good, aem ems is better. depends on what your budget is and who will be tuning your car. but hondata is fine for most applications. a normal catback is usually 2.25-2.36'' while a turbo catback can be 2.5-3". the bigger you go, the more power you will make but also you will have slightly more lag. how much power are you looking to make? since you are in cali and smog likely pretains to you, the greddy kit is your only option to retain legality. if you want to push your luck and screw smog, try piecing together your own kit. :rick:
well with the jdm swap, im already gonna b failin smog (i got hookups for that
