my slave cylinder went 3 times and the last time i bought a bendix one and never had a problem with it, the one time it went was on the highway i had to slam the pedal as hard as i could and slam it in gear....yea so i would say its eather your slave cylinder or your hydraulic line has air in it. it is really easy to bleed.
