damn bro with all seriousness 38T i have never heard of, if you do in fact have 38T then god damn..

28T is the bracket size meaning they go with 28mm calipers which is what the legend runs ight so the V6 accord ones that you will be using will most likely be 23mm or 25mm so of course that means with 23mm you can a 5mm gap right? so its been discussed that you dont really need a shim for that 5mm..

now if you really have a 38T bracket them doooood you gotta have monster rotors hehe..
