Id rather be harsh than to say something like..."Ohhhh sweeet, thats a great shot!!" h: That way, you can actually get some good critiquing than just spewing my opinion.

The rocks have some really great and interesting detail, but that totally hides the subjects of the picture, which I am assuming is the penguins. I would have like to see a closer up shot of the birds because I think that would be more interesting. At first glace, I just see a big rock, then my eyes get drawn to the birds which then I realize they are just too small to really get a good looking at.

And the thing about photography, it's an art...so what I said can totally be disregarded if you wanted since after all, it's my vision of a good picture and not anyone elses. h:
