Is it true that the 6th gen. Accords have Delphi alternators which fail below 100K miles? >>>

Honda uses Delphi (which also supplies alternators and many other components to General Motors) for their V6 models only. All I-4 engines still use Denso, which have superior longevity. I also still have all of my original Denso components (except for the water pump which gets replaced for preventive maintenance) including the AC compressor, PS pump and alternator which has been over 9 years and 160k miles. This kind of part longevity is unheard of with other brands.
