You don't need a VTEC Controler for a CAI and Exhaust...to make one really useful you should have i/h/e, intake manifold, cams, cam gears and all that good stuff. If you were to buy a VTEC controller i'd say go with Apexi's VAFC also, so you can do the air fuel ratio and control your vtec rather than just controlling the VTEC.
