I'd rather have my car work relaibly than blow it up cause everyone wants me to run 10psi and 300whp. Like I said car was fast as hell anyway w/out turbo. If the $4000 Revhard kits etc. don't come with UBERDATA, and they seem to work just fine for their intended applications, why does everyone suggest these tuning programs, which are known to have bugs, just so I can "run 10psi safely"? I don't wanna run 10psi, just what is intended to be run with the FMU, which is 7psi max. I'm an Engineer, so I know that stock Honda engines, with open deck cooling chambers and all aluminum construction cannot with stand high boost levels, or high running temperatures. I also understand that the original FMU was designed by Vortech, and is only designed to be used up to 7psi absolute max, because at this level the fuel pressure is [(7*12)+40)psi = 124psi which is very high, any higher and the injectors may not fire reliably, hence ruined engine. The FMU provides a LINEAR rate of increasing fuel pressure, so I know it's limitations. So, I guess my only option is to follow what the Revhard/DRAG kits have supplied, and that is an FMU and a high-flow fuel pump, and have more fuel rather than less. I'm not going to boost more than 6psi anyway. The car has almost 200 miles on it and it works perfectly, VTEC also works, although when I go up high I keep boost low to about 3psi. I appreciate all the help U guys give me, could do without the uninformative replies, but thanks. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

acutally the FMU won't make that much presure because the fuel pump can't pump enough to make that presure. how do you limit boost to 3psi? you CANNOT set boost at a lower value than the wastegate is set at and I don't know any gate internal or external that will only have a 3psi spring.
