This is what I used to get all the garbage off my PC. I have NO idea how this crap got on here, but I had 4 of Lavasofts highest rated on my hard drive. (VX, BookedSpace, BrowserAid, and Ebates MoneyMaker)

Ad-Aware does a good job running quick scans, Ewido Security Suite is the best I've ever used.

Be sure to follow the steps in the link above and you'll be cleaned up.
