I've talked to a couple guys who attended this GP as their first... Left a sour impression of the series, a lot of disappointment. Seems like very few people in the grandstands understood what was going on.

I sense a rules change about tires coming. The backlash from the U.S. F1 audience may not have shown itself fully yet. I was really hoping that F1 and Le Mans type races would start taking off again like they did in the 60's, but that may not be happening any time soon...
