I have a 1990 Civic Dx hatchback w/ a d16z6 sohc swap, and recently ive been having some steering problems.... when i start to brake even slightly, i can feel my steering wheel shake, at first i thought it was the tires which i replaced, but the shaking persisted, ive read some of the forums that it might be the rotors being warped, but the rotors i have are brembo slotted rotors, and they are pretty good shape, shoudl i try to get them resurfaced? or should i look toward something else as the problem, maybe the steering components and such, and if so, what are exactly the parts that i would check to make sure they are not broken or damaged? thanks for reading my post everyone.
