could you elaborate on that? as i understand it, motors aren't balance "to" an rpm. the components of each cylinder are weighed and measured to be within a certain tolerance, the crank is checked for even distribution of counterweight in relation to the motor's stroke, etc. i'm not an expert on balancing motors though, so please explain what you mean.
