Retrofitting will clean up the glare mostly present on reflector type headlights like preludes and civics. Without retrofitting, the light will be scattered everywhere and blind on-coming cars. It won't be as good as luxury cars with stock HIDs because they have specially built projectors and auto-leveling systems, but it will be fairly close.

Integras have more of a projector than anything, so retrofitting isn't entirely necessary. As stated above, it will make a difference but not as much as before and after on a reflector housed headlight.
