well, i've been hard lifting for a while now. My recovery time sucks...i try and get to the gym every day which probably isn't smart, but i work a different set of muscles every day so it's not like i kill my arms 5 days a week. I"m trying to lose fat/ build muscle at the same time which is hard. I'm on a very healthy diet, which includes a good amount of protien, vegitibles, and alot of greens (salad). Any tips will help me out. i've gotten get rid of my "beer gut" it's not big it's just i notice excess fat around my tummy.
