There are some brake shops that claim that they can turn drilled, slotted, or grooved rotors but I'd be concerned as to what happens to the chamfered edges of the holes, slots, or grooves. Believe that they'd then be more like a 'cheese grater' on your pads after they were turned.
Brembo does make a slotted rotor, and a drilled rotor, as well as blanks. They do not make a drilled & slotted rotor, so don't believe the fly-by-night eBay sellers that claim that they are offering 'genuine Brembo drilled and slotted rotors' - they may start w/ Brembo blanks, but have some shop do the drilling and milling. Perhaps they even start w/ just Brembo boxes ? hmmmm? And good luck ever pursuing any legal remedy against those sellers if you should have an accident. Drilled & slotted rotors on a street driven Honda/Acura is a waste of money, as well as being a long time potential pain in the butt, with chewing up rotors, and the ever-present dirt and rust that forms in the slots, grooves, dimples, or holes.
