Treason is where you sit down with representatives of a country you are at war with in a third country, maybe France, while you are a commisioned officer in the armed forces, maybe the Navy and see what you can work out. You are wrong treason is also the furtherment of personal agenda regardless of consequences and by any means necessary. This means that if they indeed planned out the pipeline before the invasion and acted upon the opportunity to invade in order to put the pipeline in place during an action which cost US soldiers their lives it is considered treasonous action. Treason is putting the lives and security of the people and nation under your care at risk of losing life and limb and compromising the security of your nation.
All of which has been done if what was said in the post I qouted was proved to be true
