For a 92-95 civic, the fuses to check are:

under dash - fuse 18, 7.5a, PGM-FI ECU, PGM-FI ECU Main relay

under hood - fuse 31, 15a, PGM-FI Main relay
fuse 32, 7.5a, PGM-FI ECU, Clock

You might as well check all your fuses while you are at it. It is easy.
