Great stuff. I do breathing exercises similar to these just about everyday. I have about a 6 liter lung capacity now.
There is a great DVD out called "The Breathing Gym" made by Pat Sheridan and Sam Pilafian (two of the best tuba players in the world). It has some really great breathing exercises in it. It is kind of cheesy, but the content is awesome. You can really feel a difference when you do them.
