i have a B18c in my 98 civic ex..currently i have i,h,e. I was thinking about going with hondata because of their good reputation also i have an authorized honda dealer/tuner 5 minutes away from my house. Not really askign about prices here, but rather quality and performance differences between all the ecu upgrades out there.
