I would change all the fluids and check all hoses and belts for cracks. When a car isn't started for a long time the rubber starts to crack.

So here's what I'll do:
Change spark plugs
spray Marvel Mystery in the cylinders
pour gas additive in the tank along with new gas
jump the car and it should run ok???
