Please give your prognosis
if you plan on moving it at all i would also check the brake fluid level. i moved a 86 subaru that sat for 4 years once and didnt do that, i hit my deck cause it just...kept goin. barely any fluid at all and there was so much rust build up when i pumped and they finally responded it was too late. an object in motion will stay in motion. hahaha.

What everyone else said...plus since it's been sitting for so long without being run, I would recommend disabling the ignition and cycling the engine a couple times to deliver oil to the head.

If you disable the ingnition, the engine will turn without getting a spark to fire. It will get fluids back into the necessary parts before putting the actual stress of running on the engine.

I was recomended to do so when I bought used engine.
Keep cables secure away from metal.



Battery will be dead for sure.
