This is another common accord problem. The door latch assembly just breaks and makes the door "lock" for good. You have to remove the inner door panel (probably will rip/break whatever) then grind or drill the assembly. If whoever does it isn't careful you'll marr/put a hole through/ scratch the inner door jam. Usually it's like a 90-93 accord problem though....
