about the victor x i hear a lot of good things and if the car was FI they give out much better gain, rims i wouldnt go above 17 i think they are just cheesy above that.
the ITR 4-1 is good and provides better mid-upper power.
your best bet i feel is save up get the motor build and bore it to a 2.0 and comp
the usual head work, better cams and ecu upgrade i would go with like a stand alone if u wanna go past the 13sec (i would get it now than want it later on if i wanna go faster)
