Maybe you're putting to heavy of a load on the engine. If you have anything that concerns the MAP sensor, make SURE IT IS WIRED CORRECTLY! When I did my turbo install, I didn't wire correctly to the MAP sensor, and my integra wouldn't start because of this HUGE push of fuel into the engine.

But if it's electrical, did you try unhooking things? Say, the turbo timer? Just to see if the problem is the load amount on the coil?
