Default Problems starting on a new turbo install

I bought an FMax/Turbonetics stage 2 kit to put onto my 94 gsr last may and due to college got around to the install last week. When i went to start my car, the engine turned over, but didn't fire. I double checked all of my wiring to the turbo accesseries (timing controler and fuel injector mapper) and tried again. Still no luck. I then checked for spark at the plugs and found none. I needed to replace my plugs, cap, and rotor, so i went ahead and did that. Still no spark. I used a multimeter to check the voltage and amperage from my battery all the way to my coil (as best as i could) and everything checked out except that the voltage only read 6v on the positive terminal of the coil (grounded against a constant ground). Could this be a problem with the coil or a short somewhere that i couldn't check? It ran excellent up until i was rearended in may (insurance bought the turbo ) and then it had a few troubles starting on the first try. It has kinda sat dormant since then. I am completely puzzled at why it won't spark. If anyone has any ideas i could try, please let me know. Thanks.
