Well. I talked to a guy at Westbrook Honda. He said when the wire shorted it could have damaged the vtec part of the ECU. So he's going to test it with me and throw a dummy harness and ecu on there and see what happens. This is literally tearing me apart haha. I went from no experience to putting in an engine and it started up not one problem, one week later this happend. And I'd HATE to give someone else my money to fix something, but I'm on the last rung of the ladder.

EDIT~I hate bullshit. I call up the honda place and the guy was like well it's gonna be 68$ to diagnose the ecu. And I said well, its throwing code 21, vtec selinoid valve, the terminal to ground has continuity, the termnial plug to the ecu pin has continuity, the A4 terminal to ground has continuity, it's either the ECU or selinoid. And it's like the guy didnt hear me or something. But I'm gonna go on the garage floor with them and watch there every move, I'm not gonna let them slack off, or do other things.
