i had a cat-back system on my civic and i got pulled over and was told to change it and it wasnt loud at all. i ended up buying a stock rear section and bolted it to the piping. i was in court for no more than 10 minutes. all the dude did was ask me if the stock muffler was on and i said yes and he told me to leave.
