My friend just got his 4th gen Prelude with a H23 motor in it, 2.3L DOHC non-vtec..

Is it possible to swap an H22 head with cams and everything in it on the H23 block, is it just bolt on? How much can he rev with this setup? Actually the head on his H23 now is wrecked and he are looking for a new head. So if its possible with the H22 head i guess it'd be more power, and vtec offcourse
